Finally Akki reached 75lev on his Dark Avenger. Mission is complete and I can come back to Amber. So i did so.

In last weekend Amber was deffending their castle at Rune - but it's nothing special. Unusuall thing is that Legends was attacking side - so for a first time I had to fight with my ex clannies. I was almost sure everyone gonna threat this as oportunity to get a bit fun and free PvP. unfortunetly I was mistaken... badly.

Couple of days before siege I recived some shit talk PMs about beign traitor (hell'o i was not in legends since 6 months?) and idiot in general. Whats more Aliteratical feelt power between his legs and started treathing me with ban at Legends forum and such. To my suprise I really lost my permissions, which is quite strange since unwritten rule of this clan was "we are friends and one big familly" - so all most all ex-members had full access. Since i've never did anything against Legends i was badly suprised (as far as I remember 2 weeks ago i was helping them with Fortress). So end of last week wasn't the best in my life as you can imagine.

At Sunday we had siege. Almost nothing special, after 1h of waiting we moved under Oren Castle to help HoE/Vestige in siegeing castle. Unfortunetly 10sec. after my foot landed at siege ground we get information that Legends started attacking our castle. So our only option was to die as fast as possible and release at castle. So we did so.
We catched Legends at our main gate and wiped everyone. After that we move for Legends flags - all went fast and without complications. 10min later Legends rushed our gate again, this time they didn't even reached it - and siege was over. We manage to keep it for next 2 weeks.

People tend to forget...
At beggin of week I PMed Tomonari to ask him for giving back my forum rights. Since we always where on good foot (with whole clan) I wasn't prepared for this what happened. When I only mentioned about forum rights Tomo simly stopped talking with me. Quite pitty I have to admit, especially if we look a bit in the past and see ow much I have done for this clan. But seems it doesn't matter anymore.

Even if it's hard lesson i can live with that. 3 years old chappter named Legends is closed now.
Good luck guys & girls I hope that someday you will learn to see who's your true friend and who's not. You keep people which break all clan rules and ban those which never failed you. Good luck.

S grade and big sellout

Hell yes I reached 3rd class ... and then hards time have come...Reaching dreamed by me S grade brings me a lot more problems then I though. Why's that you can ask. Of course price of gear pinned me down.

As i did 76 level I started to thinking that maybe full S grade gear is in my range. Of course we are not talking only about Draconic Bow but full Draconic Set. To my suprise i'm really close to it but still I don't have all money. Difference is not big but spending all your money is never a good idea - You simply loosing cash flow coz You don't have resources to invest in new things. So in order to don't become "rich beggar" I looked at my bottomless warehouse once again :)

Wind of change...

So it happened - a new chronicle Garcia went live on retail servers. With new update a lot of things changed, especially from mine point of view.

First and most sad thing for me is archers nerf. Since now on damage from bow depends on a distance between attacker and his target. The closer the target is the less damage it recive. To be more specific - at maximum range I do 100% of damage (i think it was increased by about ~5% even if there is no info about such thing in patch notes), but when a targetd aproach to close combat range damage is reduced only to 50% of maximum value! This is quite big shaft. Especially with new mob features - like using soulshots and ultimate defence skill. So basicly first day with CT2 was pretty scarry, when I was almost killed by treasure chest which crited on me twice for 1,6k dmg. With evasion boost and halfed my dmg output i had hard time with killing that thing ;)But after couple of hours you simply getting used to this. What's more we can do - nothing, only adopt to new situation.

Now the good things. CT2 Introduce new feature called Vitality System (same thing as Warld of Warcraft Resting system). Basicly when you are offline or sitting in town, Vitality is chargeing up (to max of 4 levels). At each level you get bonus of 50% more XP/SP gained while hunting (at 4lev it's 300% of basic XP). Vitality is used quite fast - especially last 4rd level, but it's really sweet thing for people like me. I don't have to much time for playing, so vitality for a most of time will be charged up a bit, bringing me much more XP then usuall. Hell yeah - here I come S grade!

Last and most awaiting change is Bounty Hunter new skill, called Fatal Strike. It's our first cleary offensive skill which actually do some damage. Unfortunetly it's doing way less damage then i thought (it gives something more like 200 dmg more then Hammer Crush, with sliiiiiggghhhhtt chance of landing leather blow). It's really not helping in XP at all - but at least it's damn nice thing to have in PvP.Coz I had accident with bots in Dark Omen Catacumbs, let say i could test it quite good :) Now i'm able to spam skills: Hammer Crush, Fatal Strike, one normal hit and again hammer crush. So after all i'm pleased :)

And that's all. I'm going to grinding... 44 000 XP from a single mob is a honey to my ears :]

So finaly i reached 75 level on my sub class. Now it’s time to finish quests for nobless.
I belive i should have all ingredements for Hellfire Oil already - so this should be done quite fast ^^

Community Spotlight

Two or three weeks ago I recived unusulal e-mail. Sender was NCsoft employee, it was Alyra our community manager to be more specific. At first I was thinking it's some damn scam attend! Who the hell would be emailing me personally from NCsoft I was thinking? So I was checking this mail carefully - looking for hidden links and simillar stuff. When I was quite sure it's ordinary e-mail I readed it finally. Alyra aked me if I'm interested in putting my lil blog at "community spotlight" secion in next newsletter - that was shock. Really pleasure one to be honest.
It's nice feeling when you do something and know that other people actulally see your work and even some of then like it. That mail make my day ;) So thank You community!

PS. I wanted to share with this news lil bit later but then I thought I won't spoil my of fun and see how my friends gonna react :)

Ultimate weapon

Two weeks ago while I was clearing my warehouse I discovered that I'm in possiesion of many unneeded items. To be more specific i found couple o full armour sets... 6 of them. But that wasn't all coz i've got whole bunch of single armour items, some weapons i bought for alts like + 6 Berserker Blade with focus, +7 Homunkulus Sword with Acumen, Elysian Axe and couple of other items I don't use at this moment.
Well I always was that type of person which always keep everything "coz it maybe needed someday" ;) After fast calculations I found 400mln of Adena worst stuff which was lying in my warehouse without any reason. So I decided to sell those items until they are worth anything and invest money in some crafts, trades, whatever.

But it's only half of story. When I sold most part of that stuff I found some rare item I was dreaming about some time... +3 Shyeed's Bow with Focus SA ^^
As a poor dwarf I've never had money to buy such weapon but now... it was in my range - especially that this particular item was priced more than 100mln below market price!
As you can imagine I coudn't resist and of course I bought that bow.

Shyeed's Bow is kidda special weapon - it's new top A grade bow which as only have Focus SA! Only Draconic Bow have such SA - but i still need a lot of time to reach 76 level to be able wear S grade items on my Hawkeye. And yes this focus make whole lot of difference - I really started to feel it power - in example i'm able to solo Hot Spring monsters with only my Shilien Elder buffs. It's really really great thing.

Now I have to sell my old Soul Bow w/CS and give Akki's money back - coz I had to lend some from him to buy Shyeed's ;)

Rising a wolf companion

Since very begin of my L2 carrier I always loved pets. I've made my first wolf called Behemoth when I reached 15 level (you have to be 15lev to begin quest). As far as I remember someone killed it 5min later - you can't imagine how angry I was. From what i remember i PKed that person 3 times in row (that was my first PK ever ^^). Hell i would killing him over and over again but i realized that whole bunch of people running in my direction with only one purpose... "blood, kill, free itamz!!!". There where chaseing me for a good 5min, finaly they got me, of course i dropped my weapon, and some other minor stuff... You can't imaging how angry I was that day. In those times loosing main weapon (heck noone even dreamed about secondary one) was big thing - I was simply broken, without money and weapon at all. But let's go back to wolves. They where cute and damn, damn useless, but in Chronicle Throne 1 NC made some maior change. When wolf reach 55level it can be evolved into great wolf, which is real beast. With top wolf gear it can have 2,4k p.atk - which is exactly 3x more then my BH p.atk.
So as you can imagine i decided to find my wolfie (I've made second one after terrible story with first one), and level it up. This way i would be able to duo with my SE.

Because wolf level way faster if is used by a toon on similar level i made new toon to fulfill that task. Of course i choosed new race, which is Kamael - class Berserker.

ATM my wolfie have 43 level but I hope it will reach 55lev before end of a may. So keep fingers crossed ^^

Yesterday we have made 4rd clan level :) Mostly only to be able sign in at Fortress sieges, but fun factor was more important I belive. As most of you for sure knows - to full fill this quest you need 4 ppl. 1st is of course clan leader (that's me in this case), also you need 3 clannies which gonna sacrifice their's lifes for CL. And here is lil problem... coz we have only 3 persons in clan. It isn't a big thing but I find this a bit hilarious - we had better activity then 100% and heck this is archievement ;)

Todays entry is lil bit different ten others one. Coz it doesn't touch any in-game related things but L2 community itself. There is quite a few people blogging about their L2 adventures and thoughts also many people working on comunity tools like Himred as best example. The problem with it is that all those great people are scatered, everyone doing his/her little piece of job without any contact with rest. Today i would like to do my first little step to change this stituation and improve it.

I would like to invite you to check out 2 great blogs. I bet most of people which tracking L2 life know them but some other may find great new lecture for themselves :P

The Praetorians live again

Little bit of history
There is only few persons on this server which recognize ThePraetorians crest. It was my own clan which I created when Avalanche (first polish clan on retail servers made by Malaria in closed beta) disbanded. At begin we had 3 persons (me , Ethan and Khebeln) in clan (old Avalanche members) but we started to meet many polish players and grow rapidly - as close friends clan. This way we found wisnia (aka Duras) and Abiss, Kurga, Elfinka we took Akki from his original server Hidemnith. In no time clan reached full capacity of 40 members - as far as i remember it was first polish clan which was doing so fine, we where trying to do everything togheter, discovering new places, helping eachothers - in two words - sweet times :)

But nothing can least forever, so as ThePraetorians. At some point we joined great european alliance EuroLegends with clans of xxRUNxx (with CalimZero leading alliance), FlyingDutchmen (under comamnd of Painter4), Breizh and few weeks later Legends clan which joined us.

As in life, we got some wars and ppl started to leaving (as far as i remember we fought with famous RedKnights and Enmity which started to crawling those days). In the end EuroLegends disbanded (many clans where about to disband as well). To keep great people together we joined Legends and ThePraetorians. At begin ge where discousing 2 options Legends joining ThePraetorians ans Praetorians joing Legends - in the end I decided to leave leadership to other ppl so we joined new reborned legends. Why reborned? Legends leader was leaving L2 so they where changing CL - at beggin it had to be Lusana, but in the end Tomonari became new Legends clan leader (Lusy is belgian so he didn't knew czech/slovakian language which was most part of legends).
So I disbanded clan and moved with rest of ppl to our czech friends.

3 years later
In order to help Akki and Macki moving out from continous wars (the leaved Legends) we create tempotrary clan... name? Of course ThePraetorians. To do this I had to leave AmberEye - coz we where afraid of bringing wars with some serious clans. So I made it, and next day old ThePraetorians tag was above our heads.

What gonna happen now? It's hard to tell - we healing our wounds if i can say so, discovering forgoten aspects of Lineage, xping, boosting up morale. If changes in AE will go in good direction we will recurit our old asses there, if not then we stay as we are fr some time watching situation.

Lineage 2 like most of mmo-games is more about people then anything else. Thanks to unsuall persons you meet in-game you can archive and expirience game on whole new level. They allow you to create well working machine - called clan, they give you a hand when you need it, and finally thanks to them you don't want to leave such game.

The whole case is that such specific people are damn rare... and one of those was War Cryer called Lusana. He's one of my best L2 mates, even if i've never saw him in real life. But as you most likely
discoverd Lusana decided to finish his L2 carrier (coz of influx of botted toons from other servers mostly).

So yes this lil post is my personal tribute to him, coz I consider him as one best ppl i meet here. He never expect anything from anyone, put his whole heart to his clan and clannies, was never valued enough even if whole clan policy was on his shoulders.

Sidenote: I wanted to post hell longer entry, but those things doesn't matter anything to anyone other than me and him (call me gay and I won't deny this time rofl ^^). It's meny thing about other don't have even idea, but which made him so special.

Cya Lus, I hope we gonna meet in some other game. You really should be CL of Legends ;)

Find 5 differences...

2min after i launched Lineage 2 for a first time I had to make hard choice - choose a gender for my toon ^^ Well i saw some movies from korean closed beta so I knew how dwarven male and feremale toons looks like. Female aka totally cute dwarven girl (with best animated emoticons in-game) or male ... best looking dwarf I've ever seen in computer game.
Finally i decided to create male dwarf - I always used to play dwarves, so this toon was pretty familiar to me, but after 3 years of playing i always wanted to move in-time and choose other gender. Dwarvesn girls are simply to cute to resista, they movement and animations make me lauch alwayes is see them, so when NCsoft annouced sex chage service I knew that I will be one of first customers :D

So here is new me (better get used to it) :D

The problem with sex chage is, I used to think about my toon as fatty dwarf, which make other ppl lauch. After all I was lil bit roleplaying like that since begin. So even if i'm lil girl atm I still speak about myself as a fatty old dorf :D Hmm i think i'll start missing my "larger" form pretty soon ^^

Insurrection gets Schuttgart Castle

Last weekend we got second siege try as Insurrection ally (which AmberEye is member of) what's more - it was sucessfull try ;)
Schuttgart was FFA (Free For All) this week so I was hopping to see many smaller alliances trying to get it (or just haveing fun). Unfortunetly nothing of such happened.
If we don't count our ally and TheTribes - which decided to help us, only RedKnights signed for siege. In facts in first 5min RK sucessfully started engraveing (coz we where lil bit late :P) so they get castle, and 5min later we where attacking them. We did one rush and captured the castle for ourselves. Then we defended 2 rush attepts and siege was
heading to the end - coz RK leaved siege ground.
It wasn't best siege ever, but there was couple of good points. We significatly improved our communication and following orders and of course captured the castle.
Now the whole fun starts... we have to defend it ;)

New home for a dwarf

So yes. After 2 weeks of running alone I decided to join AmberEye. It's 100% polish clan, which I always wanted to "try". Why? In amber you can find pretty hardcore and good players and almost total newbies as well, but as one of few they manage to archive a bit in this game. Thing which always impressed me - if they want something they going and doing it (TBH it reaminds me early Legends). Sometimes they fail, but if this happen they train again but harder, and harder until they reach objective.

Today
So, now is passing 2nd month since I joined clan and I feel that AmberEye will be my new home. People are pretty friendly here, and clan is pretty active (well maybe not in number of active players but in action itself). We are doing rift bosses, normal raid bosses, festival of darkness, siegeing fotresses and castles, some of us where participationg in hero olympiad (which result in 1 hero for Amber - Evasia). IMO it's pretty good as for "non factor" clan.

AmberEye have big potential, and I hope we goona advance in good direction.

Bye bye Legends

Why did I leaved
As some of you already noticed I leaved Legends. I never expected that this will ever happen. I always was thinking that I will be the last one who will leave it. Especially after everything I sacrificed to make it better (my own clan, my own needs and progress abilities).

But why?
There is long list of reasons but in general at some point I lost fun from playing Lineage 2. I think there is no need to name them directly and blame anyone - people which are familiar with this topic exactly know about what i'm talking. So in general then main reason was a need to get fun from L2 back.

At beggining i just wanted to detag for a week o two and in this time think a bit what steps i should make, what should i change. Heck I even pointed this out but to my suprise people instead of thinking about this started to blame me. You know how this looks like when someone talking to BH "you can always solo if you only want", "it's great toon in PvP" in best case I can take this as a good joke. It always was damn more easy to blame other person than agree to own mistake or even simply think about this in wider view. So at the end I leaved without hate, i was just dissapointed - hell you can't even imagine how hard.

It's extremly hard to leave a clan in which you putted whole heart, in which you have some great friends. But still it was bad enough to move forward. If ppl don't want to change i won't be forcing them, but I won't be sitting in black point.

I wish all of you the best and I hope we will be back in same clan in some future. After all I always will be a Legends member.

Unusuall events - Part 1

Since some time i'm pretty often witness of quite unusuall and funny events. I think everyone of us have some things in memory which (s)he remember since prelude times. Well here is my first shoot.

Couple of weeks ago I was soloing at Devastated Castle, when suddenly
Lyrar (Bishop) from Dominus showed up. I saw him fast enought to target him and use stun-shoot before he was able to sleep me. Bad luck, stun didn't landed and 1sec. later i was sleeped and he was burning my MP. He burned all my MP so i wasn't able to shoot from bow at all and he started to hitting me. I guess everyone know how fight with Bishop can looks like, he hit me 2-3 time, sleep and burn MP which regen. On the other hand I'm waiting for enough MP to shoot him or even stun shot him. He is healing himself, i'm using CP pots and so on, so on. At some point I said to myself it's not worth it so i tryed to BSOE, damn bad luck again he sleeped me in mean time, so our play continue ;)

That was lasting for 2-3min, we even chatted a bit (i used MP pot in mean time which didn't changed much - i had hope he will drain his MP faster or later). In mean time i get an idea. I asked on @clan chat if anyone is free and want to drop IS, only franjot was online and he agreed without thinking. So i invite him to party and was playing with Lryar. I even tryed to agro some Doom Knights. With their AOE attack/stun and my high evesion (if we compare it with bishop :P) and resist to stun attack from majestic set i was hoping they will stun him which give me lil bit time and chance for 2-3 crits. So i agroed 2 of them and said "Haha mobs are with me".
But Lyrar was clever guy and sleeped Doom Knights and said "not anymore, I win!" And then fran arrived backtabed him (failed tho T.T) and we started to chase poor Lyrar. Now the most funny, he said "ok you win" and 5sec later he was on ground.

Somehow this was most funny thing which happened my in last days. Cheers to poor bishop, he gave me damn good fight :)

Some problems with blogger.com

Hmmm strange thing. I noticed that in some posts text don't want to break at end of line and part of it is hidden o.O So some things wasn't readeable at all! WTF?
Also edditing template of blogger.com is pain in the ass... dwarves don't like a pain. We loves spoils for instance but not god damn pain @#$#%&

Grrr maybe it's time to switch to wordpress?

Missing old good days

Last days i have strange urge to simply leave clan or Lineage 2 in general. And this feeling don't want to vanish somewhow. You can askwhy, is clan doing bad?".
Nah clan is doing great. Finaly we gathered bunch of good people which we know since
some time and which are pretty good players, we found ally which aiming high - so we
can participate in epic raids or sieges, we simply growing up even more then ever. But on the other hand we lost something. In the past as a small clan we
tend to do everything together. Peopele wasn't looking at your class/evel nor gear
- if you wanted they always found a spot for a clannie. We where moving everywhere
together. Also we are where masters of parties which shoudn't even exist, like
4 dwarves without even a buffer etc.

Now we play different. We aiming higher so expectations are much higher then before.
Sure we do epic raids, we do sieges/pvp more but if don't meet criteria which
mean top level/gear and critical class you can forget about party.
This went little bit to far in my eyes. Non hardcore players losing wish to play,
and it's hard to blame then. They where in this clan since some time and now they
are forced to play alone for most of time. They are always considered for any
evenets in last row.
There is even more of that, the dark side of Legends as I used to call it but in matter of fact it have nothing to do with Legends - it's simply human behave, which you can find everywhere. If you don't play daily for couple of hours you starting to loose bound with rest of clan. Ppl starting to create closed rings of ppl and they play with themseleves and don't care about whole rest.

Is this really a clan for which we where fighting? We created it with pain and blood but "new" members seems to don't care about this they think they can join good and strong clan and leave it when something go wrong. I don't think so.

Of course they are exceptions (mostly but not only - old Legends crew), and those people are true soul of this clan. I think most of us can name them on our own. Maybe and You clannie want to become one of them?

Almost 1vs1

So it's after sieges... and you know what? Against every signs we made it :)
We defended Dion Castle against Nova, to be honest we kicked their's asses badly. First at our place then we moved after them to Gludin and finaly Heine. So we can call this really victorious siege for SinCity and Legends in first place.

Siege started not to good. Strategy we choosed and prepared well failed, so we had to forgot about it and just think in fly. When Nova attacked walls insted of main gate we had no choice but go on open field - so we does. And i tell you there is no better feeling then rush enemy, attack his flags and see like his heroes fallen on the ground under focused fire of our people. First fight we made gaved us wings trully. Before second one started we decide to don't allow Nova enter the siege ground - so they coudn't create flags. And you know what we made it again. Well TD hero almost wiped my whole party.. but well it happens ;)
After this fight siege was done. Nova moved to Gludin castle and we chased them. They helped TheTribes to siege (i think one of them even engraved crest coz when i arrived with some of Vestige peeps Nova was respawning in throne room). So we wiped them again and moved to town. And when Nova decide to attack Heine castle (anyone can explain me why?!) we again moved after them. Siege ended.

You can think that one one will dare to say a bad word again about us? In perfect word for sure but life is always wicked a bit, so it was this time. Generally we asked everyone to don't come help us against Nova this time (coz like i posted ealier, we wanted pure 1vs1 fight). As you can imagine this won't worked in 100%, well TD showed up - to be more clear 4 of them (wow zerg isn't it :P). Some said that in time there was 1 party of TD but to be honest i didn't noticed them - I just got cursed by TD hero... so no big help anyway :P
In generall TD didn't made any difference but as you can imagine Nova found "perfect" excuse and they crying like little girls on blah.com since 2 days.
This is really pitty. Honestly.

1vs1 siege was their idea but still they didn't showed in noumbers we thought they will (Nova had 6 parties - like they said on shout at siege) and we had 10 (no full tho but yes we had advantage in numbers). What's more they had 2 heroes Sjipz0r (Eva's Templar) and Qosmios (Dominator). But we simply smashed them to the ground. So they cry now... they try to prove us that they won and still cry, they won but don't have any castle - where is logic here? I dunno. Sorry i failed to see it.
For god's sake, is this our fault that they are unorganized so badly, that the can't bring ppl to own siege? That they have more wars they can handle?
Wake up guys, if you can't handle just surrender or try to be nice maybe we can truce ;)

At the end i just write that every siege should looks like that. We had 2 good fights, little bit running over a map - something was happening. In PvP game like L2 sieges should looks like that. Majestic hate's me?

Since some time i'm trying to craft damn majestic jewellery set for my Hawkeye, but somehow i can't finish this. "Why?" you may ask. Well resonsis damn simple coz till now I failed 5 crafts of Majestic Necklace! Seriously! It's something impossible to me, well i always was unlucky in this kind of stuff, but common - majestic necklace recipe have 70% probability of sucessfull craft. So what the hell is going on?

Like I told Majestic hates me T_T ... or... the problem lay somewhere else... hmm? Let's bring some facts here. Crafters earn money by crafting stuff right? But if they craft everything you need then they gonna be workless right? So? They need fail some craft to force other people to try another crafts and make them rich. Finally I got it. And now on scene enters Tomonari. Yes, this Tomonari - our gready and sneaky clan leader. Well this short dwarf failed 4 of 5 maj. necklace craft tries of mine! Got ya, lil one.

The question is why Tomo don't want to me complete my Majestic set? Hmm I think I have to sleep with that question... ;)

Dark clouds

Looks like dark clous arrived over Legends castle. Last days life in clan slowly dissapear. Peaople are bored of war which lead to nowhere, there is no way to win it or lose it. We don't have any fight just ganks and most of us a tired of this.

Sidenote: Well there was one exception - one day when we where doing ToI bosses fot sub quest (with IK) Nova showed up couple of times and gaved us pretty good fight from what i heard.

Aloso many Public Test Server launched in last week which donesn't help at all. Bored ppl went to PTS test new things, try something fresh - and to be honest i'm not suprised of this. On the top of that, Dorja our alliance leader messed up a bit. Well he agreed that on next Dion siege we ask out friends from Vestige, and enemies of our enemies TheDamned to don't help us. So we gonna have (in theory) 1vs1 siege, SinCity vs Nova (without Is and any external help as well). Well idea is pretty good, but.. Dorja didn't asked us about this - so people are kidda pissed, if we add to this previous thing with clan activity and that Nova have 3 heroes and we none then things get complicated.

In general Dorja is wery good and charismatic ally leader, and by his words and actions he earned my respect, but this time he simply blowed up ;) Well he's only human like we all - and everyone can make mistake. That's why even if we lose our precious crown i won't keep hard feelings. I just afraid that retake castle can be hard, coz in next 2 weeks everyone shows up to kicks nova's ass. But like I used to say, time will show.
After all Legends became pretty strong clan - just it's damn bad timing to prove it.

Legends are in SinCity Alliance with DeadlySins and Korean Pride. We as ally have 2 castles Dion (Legends one) and Giran (DeadlySins). Cooperation in our clasn grow and brings pretty good effects (we doing Lilith couple times in week if it's possible, we did Frintezza twice and plan other epic raid bosses like Baium and Antharas).

Finally my dream came true. Sylvian, from weak and gimp in term of PvP Bounty Hunter became Hawkeye :) *wicked dance*
First impression on playing HE was not so nice as i thought. I weared Plated Leather set, put +STR tatoo, equiped Shadow weapon: Akat Bow (in this weak i have to exchange my Orcish Poleaxe for Eminence Bow) and all i was doing is standing in the middle of spot, and just selecting new targets - 2 shoots, mobs dying and we select another one. What the hell is that, it's most boring ting i have ever seen. How all those archers don't get sleep after 30min of playing? o.O

Well i think i had bad mood that day :) Next try was way more enjoyable. Crits for 2k dmg on yellow mobs with middle grade weapon - are gold to my eyes. I started checking what this toon is capable to do when from nowhere BloodSoul (farmers clanm with which we have war since some time) clan members showed up *luck me ^^*. The bad thing was a fact that they had nuker, EE and high level untagged SE and when they noticed my presence, nuker attacked.
TBH that was faster then i thought, stun shot, double shot and nuler was down, in mean time EE started to healing him so went purple as well - so i started attak her and in almost the same time SE started to rezing nuker, stun shot on her failed, nuker was standing (EE runned away somewhere). 2 crits + double shot send nuker to his creator once again. So SE rezing him second time, but nuker didn't started attacking after rez. SE started to buffing him, so i just droped him for 3rd time becaming red. Things get more complicated coz 2 more BS where running in my direction.
That was best time to move back, especially that i was left on 20MP. We where running for a bit, me running away and 3 BS chaseing me *my buffs fading away so it's even more hot*. Because of my high run speen in compare with nukers i left them long behing and them BOOM in front of me i see that damn EE which left at first fight. 2 seconds and i'm sleeped then rooted and waiting for nukers. Those guys owned me pretty much at this point but the hell it's was damn wort of it ^^
40lev HE have a way more fun than 75BH and that accident showed me that choice i made was good one :)

But why Hawkeye...
In age of Necromants, Gladiators and Tyrants choosing archer can be not best idea uner the sun (especially that 90% of server population subing them and all of them can own HE pretty easy).
In fact first i wanted to sub Tyrant (i was dreaming about this since C4) but now there is way to much Tyrants. Also i wanted to try something new - whole life i was playing melee toons so I wanted something new. In addition while i was playing BH i got addicted to bow. Really, an no DD class, bow gave me a lot of fun. With bow i dropped Hardor when he was in IS, i dropped some IS necro and couple of BS robe users (of course not in 1vs1) but still killing someone on dwarf is really hard thing - i can survive a bit but there is no way to kill anyone.
So archer class was first thing which came to my mind. We will see after couple of months if that was good choice for me, after all i don't know anything about playing archer since now. But accident with BS show me a light in dark tunnel - this can work :)

Of course i don't have to say that dwarf doing Double Shot is most funny thing i seen last days ^^

Hell yeah! 75 level

I thought i won't be live so long but finally i last week i made it! Sylvian hit 75 level ladies and gentelmans. This is great feeling, why? Coz like some nasty orcs in my clan like to say "Sylv, now you will be able to sub something usefull" ^^

OK, now it's time to finish sub quests. Fate's Whishper, An Arrogant Search and Mimir's Elixir. An Arrogant Search quest - to enter cursed king Baium chamber, was pretty easy to fullfill. There was only one tricky part - get bloody fabrics from mobs on 7th floor in Tower of Insolence. But with helo of IIGioII and Lusana we made it pretty fast. Well if you can say that hiting one mob for 20min is fast (Lusana went asleep in mean time) ;)
Another one Fate's Whisper - in shortcut, you need to kill 4 Raid Bosses and at the end takse some blood from Baium. This part started really bad - first boss is Shillien Messenger Cabrio located at Aden Cementary. Because in casual week day we don't have enougt people online to drop this boss as clan (he's resist on dark attacks so our nukers team don't help so much in this case) alos this boss is kidda low level so some part of clan simply can't participate - i was forced to catch up with some random clan/ally. So i putted spy in front of Cabrio and was waiting for someone who gonna kill this RB. I was waiting one day, then another, and then another and then another one - at this point i was kiddaa flustrated as you can imagine. And then... siege come :D

Siege
Like last time we where defending castle on our own. IS signed all 2 clans and they where shouting on Blah that we gonna raped - so whole clan was waiting with hope that enemy shows up and we gonna have some good fights. Well we was simply stupid... only 1 person showed up on siege zone. So because there was no point of wasting our time at castle doors we decided that as clan we gonna kill Cabrio (Rohel and N1ightsh4de need it as well). We planned to do it in 5min (it means 5min to move from castle to RB, kill it and return to castle).
So Tomo went on Wyvern as castle lord should and flew to Cabrio in order to cast Clan Summon gates (gates which can summon every single clan mmeber to clan leader's location). And guess what happened? Gates was summoned correctly, but... clannies cannot be summoned durig sieg time... another briliant idea of NCsoft T.T
So our 5min raid idea failed. We all ported to Clan Hall, buffed and ported to Cabrio location - we you see correctly. We went on raid boss during defense of own castle. Boss was dropped quite fast so i was able to move on with quest.

Rush on ToI raid bosses
Another part of quest is killing 3 ToI raid Bosses located at 3rd, 8th and 11 ToI floor. This parts is simmilar to Cabrio - usually ppl wait for clan and after boss death they only speak with quest box. But waiting was killing me... Akki suggested to ask clanies for help. Of course we are to few to do it alone - so i formed tank party and asked ppl for help. We made 2 more parties (hal-full only) - nukers and melee team but this could be not enough, so fast PM to our good friends HoE solved problem. They was able to bring full nukers party. Because HoE needed to kill Cabrio as well, we agreed to help them and then move together to ToI.
Now funny thing starting to happen. Another friend of mine Taurendil (BD from polish clan AmberEye, send me info they going to kill Cabrio). So if fact we didn't had to come at all (we went for assistance only). At boss location we find out that another clan prepraing to kill boss... it was FlyingDutchmen (another friendly clan which we know since ages - cheers to CoberA, Painter4 and his crew and ). There was quite big mess coz 4 clans was camping one boss - people started to PMing me what is going on (i was raid leader), why some other clans killing our boss etc. etc. Cabrio died, HoE got box, we moved to 3rd floor.

It's hot down here...
When we arrived on 3rd floor, we noticed that we lost something... it was HoE itself ^^ Whole party dissapeared somehow and noone knew where they are. As you can imagin another wave of PMs flooded my screen driving me mad. So i'm PMing Demiurg "Guys where are you?". 5min and no response. People start shouting on @clan chat, "where is hoe", "where is hoe", "raid over?".
Finally Demiurg answered "We are at Hot Springs fighting with Nova alliance" (HoE joined in last weeks Vestigate ally which is in war with Nova). At this point i alomost had heart attack... "OMG clannies gonna kill me o.O I took everyone, stopping their PvP, PvE parties in order of what?". So i'm asking "Dem how much time do you need?" - no answer. Things getting hotter than ever, ppl getting mad, and PMing me like there would be no tomorrow, so it's time for little lie to get ppl calm a bit.
"Sylvian: All is fine, HoE is comming to ToI. So please rebuff and be ready". 5min passed and there is no sign of HoE at all. Another wave of PMs, finally HoE came to us. We killed RB Hallate, and started to moving to 8th floor when someone shouted "Nova is comming here for HoE". Of course out russian friends had to fight, so it was over. People soed to Clan Hall and in ToI stayed only tank party + Rohel and N1ghtshade. We decided to move on 8th floor - we could leave there our mains, put spy and wait for another opportunity to kill bosses. So we moved to 8th floor ppl almost soed when pink PM chat blinked to me again. "Demiurg: we are in ToI with 2 more parties - going to 8th floor"
I couldn't belive but looks like we will be able to kill those bosses. 15min of waiting (HoE had fight with Nova in ToI) and everyone was at 8th floor - our tank party (IIGioII, ChachaSound, Elidara, Logo, LadyAuryn, Rohel, Nightshade and me) and 2-3 parties of Vestige. Second boss died, and we moved to 11 floor for last one. At 10 floor another group of Nova showe up so HoE fought with them, in mean time our team moved to Longhorn. We summoned Tomonari andour brave boss created summon gate - so another 1-2 parties of Legends teleported to boss location in 2min. We started killing boss. That was was hardes - Gio lost agro 2 times (after boss stunn attack) and some ppl fallen :/ But in the end we killed last him. I couldn't belive once again - in one day we done all 3 bosses.
When everyone soed - some Nova hero showed up looking for Vestige just 3 seconds to late to get some soeing ppl :)
At the end Gio helped me to get my dwarven ass to Baium chamber gates (of course i forgot that i need first speak with NPC around Oren so i had to soe anyway). But i have to say that Gio was my hero that day ^^
Now just awaits for Baium spawn...

PS. I forgot to mention that at 3rd floor some IS showed up during fight with RB Hellate, so our melee team got rid of them.

Lilith week

Since some time we where preparing to start leveling Soul Crystals to level 11, 12, 13. They are still expensive stuff and not everybody can handle to buy them fast (especially if (s)he need second weapon).
There was couple of ideas to make rift parties and kill Raid Boss (which can as well level some crystals) but till now we didn't done such parties.
Anyway, 2 weeks ago Yvon get idea to just go on Lilith. Some ppl said that we can't handle on our own and farmers + stonger clans/alliances compicate stuff so hard it's impossible for us to kill Lilith.
But we (Yvon and Tomi mostly) started to track Lilith respawn time to be able kill thio boss if it only respawn in our prime hours. The hard thing with Lilith is that, she have pretty wide respawn time coz it's +/- 6h - almost immpossible to keep ppl for such long time. So the only hope was spying her and be able to organize fast enough to kill her before farmers do.
Well it worked better than anyone of us thought because we killed her 3 times in 3 days (which is 100% of Lilith respawns in those days). Of course we wasn't able to do this alone. We asked some other alliances for help, like UR, HoE, NC, Enraged. Of course crystals and drop where shared among clans which participated, but in overal everyone was happy :)

Castle defence
I wanted to write something about our last sige, but TBH there is nothing to describe. Legends defended this time alone, because HoE had own busines to do (also they truced war with IS and joined new ally). But unfortunetlly no one showed up - shame to IS.
That was really boring 2 hours and most stupid ideas came to our minds like in example PMing at once one desired person or watching like Tomo doing some sky acrobations on Wyvern ^^ There was a lot of laugh, but let be honest - most of us almost died from beign bored.

Dion defence.

Yesterday passed 2 weeks since we get back our Dion Castle. So in natural way we where defending side this time.
From beging it have to be easy siege coz IS didn't signed at all - which is kidda strange to me. So only signed attacker was ElementalStorm ally.
On our side we have 3-4 parties of Legends, 2 HoE groups came as well and 4 ppl from KoreanPride (later on another 5 of them came - but whole Katharis alliance showed up to hunt them so they wan't able to help much).

When siege started melee partieswe moved outside castle gates waiting on bridge for attackers. And what's more funny - castle gates didn't get touched by enemy even once for whole siege.
Then Dominus with ES showed up.
Well when i saw all of them i thought one thing "oh boy this will be long night" i thought they gonna tear us on dust coz of number advantage ...but nothing such happened.
Our 2 melee parties get first rush on our's chests and HoE with KP nailed them from flank - which resulted in pretty good fight which we won.
To bad that old uncle Sylvian got droped by nukers almost at the end of this fight. But the positive point is - it was my only death at this siege.

After that fight all went smoth till the whole end. IS rushed us couple of times and everytime we finished them quite fast. Only exception was 2nd or 3rd rush.... they attacked us, and when they figure out it not gonna work they started to heading left sideand running away... so we made whole round around castle and just slayed them (in the middle of way my party destroyed ES flag as well).
In the middle of siege, only few of them rushed our position trying to pull us outside siege zone - so in fact whole fun ended at this point. So we where playing in cat & mouse for another hour (maiority of Is was staying inside Dion) and finally defended castle.

And guess what? Another cry wave from Dominus started.. that Legends had 150 ppl (we had 55 in top point - counting in HoE and KP guys), that they didn't have a flag, that we don't fight on equal conditions etc. etc. I hate this kind of attidute. Gezz we both paying PvP game, so for what sake someone always have to cry and thow a shit on athoer person? Just because he got defended?
Sure i have to give credit to some IS like NewStat, MysticHeaven - i never saw any flame from them, and they fighting us pretty much offen. Also IS didn't had flags, which make a thing complicated, but damn they outnumbered us and decided to attack anyway.

One thing that concern me about our last sieges (from this and last 2 weeks) is ElementalStorm alliance. They are non-factor ally which saying that they came for fun only but on the other hand, it's claear they support IS. They where helping them 2 weeks ago in defend of Dion, a 2 days ago in defend of Oren and yesterday attacking Dion.
This can end pretty sad for such small alliance, easpecially that they don't have idea about PvP almost at all. It's not to clever to bandwagon if you are not able to defend yourself. Well we will see what gonna happen with our relation to ES (atm we are still neutral).

Anyway that was hell'a fun siege. With some hot actions when i was rotted/anchored/paralised and with 300-400 HP left (this is that part I hate in begin melee meat shield for DDs :P). But after all it was damn fun when adrealine pumping there is chaos of big battle around, ppl dying, screeming "AttackMyTarget >> put a name here" and on the top of that you don't have even a time to scratch your own ass :]
To be honest because of this war i started enjoying BH once again. Maybe i'm gimpest class in matter of PvP but damn i can show claws and bite pretty hard if you unestimate this little fellow.

Legends took back Dion castle

- How is that?
- Didn't i said we get Dion castle with IK cooperation (we help them get Oren as well)? Oh...
After IK surrnder (4 weeks ago) we lost castle, which was taken by Dominus. We missed one siege and in fact we wasn't prepared to siege 2 weeks ago, but this time we made it.

In fact this is pretty funny story, coz we just wanted to sign up and just let IS wait this damn 2h for us. But suddenly 30min before siege start (of course when i get some XP party...) Calim asked who want to go on siege to kill some IS and have fun. Well i couldn't belive when we made 3 parties and in 20min we where ready to go o.O

On place we noticed that some other ally is signed as attackers. It was ElementalStrom ally (as side not i would like to tell it's terrible ally, i still remember bot train around Giran castle we used to train in the past). But there was no sign of them on field.

Situation clarified in next 5min when IS with ES rushed our flag position. And here all the fun beggins. We won that battle and some nice ideas started to shine in our heads. We asked HoE if they plan to come here and get some fun as well - 10min later one HoE party was ready slay anyone with "defender" icon above his head (of course they weren't signed ;P).

In next rush we break the walls and get inside rushing thone room doors. As you can imagine in that point ElementalStrom started cast spell and taken castle, which resulted in teleporting us (and IS as well) from the castle. In fact that was one thing they could do to save castle little longer... but it failed. We regrouped at Dion and rushed 2nd time at castle. That was fast and almost schematic: walls, crystals, throne room doors, clearing the room, cast spell. After 50min of siege we got castle in our hands, which break Bartz "war guide", which says rush in last 15-20min of siege.

IS with ES attacked main gates 2 times and failed. The closer to siege end the more Legends ppl where outside castle walls looking for some victims. We made it! And we made it in great style TBH.

Of course IS crying that they where missing 60ppl, they they wanted to give castle to ElementalStorm only etc. Numbers where quite equal but we didn't gave them any chance (remember that was 2 ally vs 2 clans).
On side note i can say that was greatest siege i was on. I don't remember so many kills from hand of BH since i play this toon :]

PS. After sucessfull siege some of our members was pretty pissed off... coz noone put info in our calnedar nor informed them and they wasn't with us. That's "the spirit" ladies and gentlemans ;)

2 steps in the past

Long time have passed since my last entry, so I think that short brief will be good idea.

Vampires defeated... not really
Vampires alliance, have fallen. Many of our enemies wanted this till our last days but not they where reason of dissolving vamps. At some point clan leaders stopped thinking the same way, so there was more and more pressure inside of ally coz everyone wanted something else. And at the end we decide it will be best if we simply dissolve alliance - and we did so. All ended in friendly atmosphere and all ex-vamps are in good relations till present day. After all we create something which shacked server policy just a bit.

After that HoE continued war with Nova ally, FT members split between Legends, HoE and KJ, and xxRUNxx members merged with us joining Legends.

Something ends, something begin.
And in this way we slowly, coming to present Legends situation. By inviting almost whole xxRUNxx and EE members, Legends became really big clan. At some point we had 80 members and long queue of those waiting for invite (our friends and just random ppl, which want to join) and we stopped control all, this crowd tho. In fact as stand alone clan we where doing better than whole Vampires in last couple of weeks - we did 2 guard sections, we was able to kill RB without any external help, but somehow clan was weak.

We realized that we invited too many ppl in short time losing clan atmosphere at some point.
Ppl started became inactive, and then best thing for us happened... after one of sieges we did with ImperialKnights, Dominus (aka IS) alliance PK'ed our members which resulted in war :)

You may ask - why it's so great when we started to become weak? Let me answer - all ppl which joined us by mistake (which had other priorities than Legends) simply left. Of course not at once, this took couple of months but Legends where purified!

Present day...
Today, we are still at war with IS, but today we fight them on our own (IK ally surrended) and we fight them as strong clan. I would risk opinion that today we are stronger than anywhere. We are not many in numbers, but clan spirit fly through every single person and believe me that's the great feeling.

Vampires at war

Last weeks where really busy ones. But that's good - at last something is happening.

Wars...
Yes we had couple of wars. First we where fighting with farmers clan called LOL (LordsOfLaught or something like this). They where stealing almost all Raid Bosses which normal players trying to kill. What that this mean? Only farmers gets good drops and can control market prizes. So we started to fight with them on daily basis, and at some turning point, LOL understood that we do not allow to steal our RB's, and every single try to get our boss will end with mass PK/PvP. So atm if they see us at boss they just leave it. So fights with LOL stopped for some time. We have declared war but don't touch eachothers without reason.

NotFatChicks (known as NFC). Mostly belgian clan, which moved to bartz from some other server (don't remember from which one). The problem with NFC is that they bought everything: characters, equipment and all they needed to start playing on Bartz. But that wasn't enought... they started botting and generally support farmers in some ways - and that is quite a problem (especialy when we started fighting with LOL clan). At this moment i don't even remember how the war with NFC began. We had couple of nice fights and much ganking tho ;) Well at the end NFC disbanded few days ago so looks like we stop fighting with them (until they don't start bothering us again ;P).

And at the end war with Evolution alliance. But that's long story. All began when we signed up for Innadril castle siege. We wanted some fun + pvp. We didn't even thought about trying to capture the castle and we was sure that Evo know this, but looks like we wehere wrong. When we signed up for that siege, Evo gathered and signed up for defence 11 clans o.O From that moment we knew that this won't be fun at all. Because we had only 4 clan (also sige was at 3-5 AM which doesn't help european players as well), we knew that we don't have any single chance to even get close to castle. Reason in quite simple - because of one single bridge whcih connecting land with that castle's 'isle'. It's extremly hard to sige that castle, coz deffenders have to secure only one single point, and can defend even if attackers are much stronger. So are leaders made one possible decision, 'we gonna help NoCompromise alliance to defend Dion castle (our enemy NFC ninja signed up as attackers) and in last 30min of siege time we gonna make one massive attack on Innadril. Well we knew that defenders will slay us like sheeps but that was the matter of respect to defenders and to our own ally. So as we decided it was done. In mean time evo forces slayed us at dion fields - that was quite funny, coz when we started to regroup I get lag spike, i wasn't on TeamSpeak so i didn't new what is going on when i was lagging. So i was little bit shocked when my lag spike stoped and i found they my whole ally lying on the ground dead (with me included) ^^. After that we ganked NFC a little at Dion, and went to 'finat battle at Innadril, when they kicked our asses on that damn bridge. End of siege.

You may think that this is end of the story. Well it's just beggining :)
Next day, reformed evo ally send us lil proposal. We have to pay them 20mln for defence cost or we have war. I didn't know what to do, laught or cry that ppl are so stupid. As you can imagine, we accepted the war. Coz this request was ridiculus, and we all knew that this isn't true reason. Evo just wanted to smash us. That was nice political movement coz Vampires alliance was well know as non pvp ally so it's quite easy to win with us. Looking at this from perspective of time i think that EVO made lil mistake :D

Well thay have hope at some big fight and great victory over vampires - to bad for them ^^ We decided on guerilla war, so we are not engaging in any open battles. Result? We ganinking some evo on daily basis without any maior loses. Of course it's war so we have casulties on our side as well. But to be honest we are doing this quite well.There was even big flaming topic on blah forum. They started crying coz can't fight with us. Well what can i say, you wanted this war not we ;)

Fat dwarf strikes back

Hehe at last i finished bigger part of my projects so i can start playing a little :)
Since my last entry a lot was happened (as usual :P). Well let see this in the TV shortcut:
- Fat dwarf named Sylvian sucessfully crafted Nightmare Armour (yay it's my first A grade equipment part). Like some people said now i'm looking like red freak - NM armour... but the rst is still Zubei's set ;)
- Added Berserker Blade to my favorites weapons list :) Well i was thinking for a long time what can i do to max. my dmg output. As everyone knows dwarves do really poor dmg (until we aren't in pole party). Unfortunetly i don't have money to buy Meteor Showe w/Focus. So i choosed two-handed sword with Focus (it increases critical rate) Speacial Ability. Why? Because it have much higher p.atk than 1 handed weapon - so even without sword masteries i can do decent dmg + the critical rate with focused weapon is insane (160 crit rate without buffs). So simply when i'm with BD in party one crit = 5x simple hit (and with such a weapon i'm crit. pretty pretty much).
Generally I wanted to buy Great Sword +3 but without sucess, and my friend Scour told me that i should buy overenchanted Berserker Blade (or ant top C grade weapon, and exchange it to BB). That was briliant ideaso i bought Berserker Blade +5 w/Focus (it have p.atk like GS +2) so it's pretty nice.
Some may say "He don't look like crazy... he is crazy indeed" - well say what you want but i really love that weapon (and now i'm looking for better version... maybe Berserker Blade + 8? ^^).

Daytona Race with ninja spoiler :)

That was crazy day. All begun when i was with GotreG and Elidara in Gigants Caves. People from alliance started sceaming that some raid boss respawned and we gonna raid him. So, OK - withe Eli we transported GotreG to quite save room in GC and ported back to Aden Town. When we arived - guess what happend? Of course someone said that we don't have to much nukers online so there will be no raid. Just great. I knew that we should wait for ally leader before we leaved current party.

Well we had to do something, so Desciples Necropolis party crystalized quite fast and couple of minuters later i get invite to party. Next fast teleport to Blazing Swamp, 2min of walk and i was at DN entrance. When i entered i saw crowd of vampires members o.O and all of htem to form one 8th person party!
LOL almost all had an alt character for buffs/healing purposes so we in aperrance looked like some crazy farmers train ;P

OK party started - because of such big quantity of buffers healers (only one healer in party - that was Eli in fact) we killed monsters with crazy speed.
We took 3 rooms, when mobs from one where dead we moved to another and the to another - co we cycling. At some point Akki said that this looks like Dayton'a race and soon we gonna finish all 1000 laps :D Hyh really crazy party we had there.

But thats not all. Because of that fast killing speed i used my MP terribly fast (1 mob = 1 spoil = 59MP). Because of that Elidara and nepo's SE (he was playing his Overlod - HisOzelot, and dual-boxing with Shillien Elder) had to rechargerd me all the time. As you can imagine it's not to fun at all to switch all the time on the another character - so nepo gave me his avadon set. Yes you seen corectlly i was running in robe set and Lance :)
He said that - robe set should be fine, i'm no tanking anyway and MP regen rate is much much faster, also i looked like Hugh Hefner ^____^
Well this last argument convinced me ;P So from that point i was running in white robe set - like real ninja dwarf :D
Believe me or not - it helped a lot (almost whole buff-round i could running without MP recharge).

After party's ends. With Slystone (necromancer), nepo and Ariel we went to Blazing Swamp play little more. Also we want to check up some spoil there. Because they killed mobs in less than 2sec. i spoiled them as a first and then couple of nukes turned monster in the dust ;)
Mobs where little bit to hight for me there but wasn't that bad.

Generallly that was really, really crazy day ^^
I hope we gonna reapeat this soon :]

Whoa S grade gaiters drop o.O

As usual if this is possible we are doing some raids wit our alliance. Last time we had lil problems with farmers which kill all most valutable bosses just after their's respawn (5min later and boss is dead). This is real pain in ass.
One time we reach raid boss location while farmers where fighting with boss already - so we buffed him up to prevent killing him. Unfortunetly farmers did the same when we tryed so in the long term they get boss and went with him somewhere :P

Anyway our last raid was most sucessfull since we joined Vampires. We killed couple of bosses, and one of them droped Sealed Imperial Crusader Gaiters! That was amazing drop - and to be honest most awesome one (if we didn't count Antharas drop - there was a lot of everything :D). That was nice feeling to get those gaiters. At last we obtained something worth effort. All because developers changed drops in Chronicle 4. Now Raid Bossed drop mostly scrolls/blessed scrolls (to enchant weapon and armour) and parts. There is quite small chance to get full item drop - so when this happened we where happy like little kids :D

God job, everyone.

Nerfed Bounty Hunter?

Few days ago Chronicle 4 went to live servers ^___^
Many people (and i'm too) waited for this day so when it became true i should be happy - right? So why i'm not? Well... as you know main purpose of being a Bounty Hunter is to search/collect various materials which are used to crafting other things. In this purpose we using our two unique skills spoil (which made internal change in the moster) and sweep (which allow us to take materials form monster). You can believe me or not but NCSoft (delevoper of Lineage 2) bugged our sweep skill. So everytime when we are using it - there is a quite big chance that game client gonna crush! Yes you see corectly - game is crushing when we try to play the way we should. But that's not all - the most funny thing is that all out party mates gonna crush too!

First day when i take party with Akki i crushed every 5min - it's insane, so i stoped spoiling/sweeping monsters :/ The bug wasn't fixed until now so i'm really pissed off (no one need BH which don't spoil monsters).

Sidenote: I'm finishing to download RF Online beta client at this moment - so i will test RFO until NC didn't fix this bug :[

To be honest it isn't that bad - i'm just feeling useless because the took my only skill. Dwarves aren't good fighters (well we are pretty familiar with pole weapon but that's all) etc. All we can do is spoiling and crafting things. In a meanwhile i bought a fishing rod and relaxing sitting at the lake and fishing :) That's really enjoyable thing.

Also i bought Hatchling of Star and try to level it up to 55lev (then he can change into Stryder form on which i will be able to ride like on mount). Too bad that i didn't noticed that my lil friend has a name already. It's complicated thing but i don't think i will be selling him so this isn't most important thing. My lil friend is called DragonPrince ^___^ and he is 38 lev at this moment :]

Low level raid

As usualy, in saturday we did our low levels characters raids. There was couple of nice drops (even some C grade shirt and gaiters + enchant armour scrolls). Nothing special but it's as always great fun for us.

PS. While purpose of this raids is to have great time, in near future we are planning something bigger.

Greatest damage dealer

Two days ago, because of good quantity of ally members online - we went for some raids. The first one was in Gigant's Cave so we teleported at the entrance and start heading to his location. In last room (just before raid boss) Ludwig (our main tank) agroed whole room... guess what? He died in 30sec. later coz most of ppl was far behind him and second part thought that he can handle it. Not to good begginng ;)

So... we killed GC boss, then another in DN and teleported at DVC entrance for another. He was pretty deep in caves so this took us a little. Anyway we started fight, all was OK, and for some reason your little uncle Sylvian agroed boss! I was relly shoced.

Sidenote: I was in mele group which purpose was chain stun bosses if possible. As you know Sylvian is running with his +3 Lance, and for stunning purposes i have some NG club. With this club, when I using hammer crush i did to boss something like 5-7dmg so you should know how shocked i was when he started to attack me, while we had high level tank with us!

He agroed on me so strong that 2 tanks can't take it off from me - also he was target of ppl which make great amount of dmg - nothing helped. I started drinking Greater Healing Potions as mad coz no-one healed me (we didn't have even healer in party coz we where just a support group). So as you can imagine i died ;P
So what the hell was happened there? The only excuse could be fact that i did greatest damage and with some critical hit i agroed boss on me - but with NG blunt? Yeah sure LOL. As my clannies told me later on - Ludwig just was disconnected so we lost main tank in the middle of fight. But even in that case i shouldn't agroed him so strong.
Well believe me or not i did greatest damage :D

After that boss we killed one more. Unfortunetly non of them didn't droped anything more than materials and some dyes :/ Well maybe next time we will have more luck.

Crazy pole party

That was really strange day. First we couldn't play at all because NC done some maintence works - and restarted server every 5min. So greater party of our clan was laughing on our Team Speak server from warious stuff (badger, badger, badger ^^).
When server restarts stoped we went with Akki to Apostate Catacumbs - of course we did little pole party with Poranek, which is Shilien Elder. The whole trick with playing in pole party is to get Vampiric Rage buff, so you don't need normal healing mostly.
So we found proper room with green mobs for me - because they have HPx4 it's quite decent exp when we kill 4 them at the same time. We made 2 pulls when our ally member showed up - it was Munira :)
And from this point action get faster then you can imagine. I died in next 3min, and another 3min later we had new pole party and pulling something like 20 mobs at the same time o.O
But let start from beggining. Munira told us that we took one of their's rooms - but she told us "that's ok". So we pulled another 4 mobs - nothing special you may say, but... yeah it's always some 'but' :D
While we where fighting with those mobs 2Cold4u (our alliance member as well, which playing Dark Elf Warlord as his subclass) pulled couple of other rooms and run with mobs to their killing zone. When he entered our corridor all those mobs of course switched at us. So i died trained by a friend :D
After that - Cold invited us tho his pole paty (there was of course Munia, RealNemesis, and out of party SE). So we had real fun pulling and killing in less then 1 minute, amount of 20 mobs! Hell yeah - that's why you uncle Sylvian loves his pole weaon so badly ^^
With single swing i could do something like 5k dmg (20 x ~250dmg) and something like 10k dmg with Whirlwind (20 x ~520dmg)!!! Look at those screens :D
Amazing exp, amazing spoil (i can't even sweep all of spoiled mobs) and of course amazing party. Thanks friends for fun.

Did you ever thought about how dwarves looks like? As you should know this ancient long-aged race is quite unusual. Well comparing them to human standards they are only old males and young fermales - which looks little bit perv. ]:>

Here are my favorites theories:
- Dwarves invented anti-genic cream which keep them young for ages.... but male part of dwarven community don't want to use it (it's hillarious but true ;)
- Dwarven old fermales and sending into the ocean on ice blocks (damn i can't stop laughing when i read this one)

Anyway if you want to know the truth: Dwarven females get just as old as dwarven males. However, as dwarven males age extremely fast, dwarven females do not, and remaine 'childlike' in appearance even if they have several hundred years of age behind them.

I wasn't playing too much last days because of work, but i should be online from no on.
Today, because i was late for our clan's low levels raid i went to Gigant Cave, to duo little bit with my SE. I was there for some time when something like 30-40 Legacy members showed up. They scarred me to the death, coz i thought that they gonna PK me, but they didn't even noticed my presence and go futher (to kill raid boss i guess). Any way i speak little bit with Lusana and Syria and they told me that almost whole server is at war! o.O (of course that 'almost' coz i'm sitting on my fat ass and don't do anything :P). So Nexus and avenge members are fighting against HDL + Dwan + Thor ppl - that's is like WWII damn it.
I'm just curious what gonna happen...

Ps. I wasn't in game since 5 days and look what a mess pfff :]

Legends join Kueji and first raid with them

Yup Eli did well and we already joined Vampire Alliance :)
To be honest old granpa Sylvian wasn't sure if this ever happen - but we did it. Kueji is german alliance so they are from the same time zone as we are. This is great advantage if greater part of ally is online at the same time, because we can easly do some raids, wars and all events in general. I didn't know to good any kueji members before - i had one time party with 2 of them, but never know what kind of people they are. So i was little bit afraid thet alliance (in other hand they never did nothing against me so this is something - coz in most of know alliances i know some black sheeps ;)

Why i'm writing all this stuff... we had today little raid in ToI (we killed 2 raid bosses - one of them droped Majestic Plate Armour.... $.$ gimme that thing... :D). And what was happened? They are pretty friendly and nice persons (no 'i own you granpa' talking etc. :P).
But of course we had lil problem... 'what problem' you may ask? As usual Sylvian forgot about something - this time i forgot to register in Seven Signs competition :/
'So what' you might say... well... do you remember that fucking height tower betwen Aden and Oren? Yes of course you do... so whole Legends party had to climb on 10th floor because i didn't registered :(
But there is good point of this as well - we meet at 5th floor Kueji member which climb there as well. So we helped her go to 7th floor and she dissaperad o.O Couple of minutes later she telling at alliance chat tha she died from mobs and droped her Dark Crystal Helmet (ups... expensive stuff). Of course we runned in direction she pointed and found/give back her DC Helmet - so everything goes fine :)

Mini pole party in Gigant's Caves - with happy end :P

Today i went to Gigants Cave. I'm sitting there since 3-4 days, trying to gather some money - some monsters here have nice spoil like Full Plate Gauntlets Parts or Thread (maybe not so great but i need tons of thread to craft my A grade weapon) and Varnish from Beest Seer. Yes, Varnish :) But there is one problem with that one (as usuall in this game...) - Beast Seer's are part of happy group of mobs, which contain:
- Beast Lord - gigant cat - this mother fuc*** can cast AOE stun and his minions finish the job... really nasty creature
- 2x Beast Guardians - they look just like pumas - nothing special, but cast some buff on other party creatuers and defuss on you ;)
- 2x Beast Seers - yeah our desired Varnish givers (can cast drain and heal on fellows).
So hunting there isn't easiest one (it's not a movie babe) but you can profit there - and expierience from BL groups are pretty nice.
Anyway - today Akki (armored in Lance) joined me, and we created little pole group - with mine Shilien Elder. In first room, we killed monsters pretty fast and without any problems so we decided to go futher. Next room conatins some not to hard monsters, but they have strong social - so can be really dangerous in greater numbers. Here is some list:
- Hamruts - gigant spiders which cast poison all the time and anoy people only (they give from spoil Methalic Thread and some blades ;P)
- Karnots - gigants undead bears, thos one are real pain in ass. They can stun people with strong hits! And they do this pretty often (spoiling some Adamanite jewellery parts and Recipe: Art of Battle Axe)
- of course BL with his fellows is here too ;)

So we hunted here a little - everything was fine, quite decent exp + spoil, we where feelt pleased. The more we played the more often we had accidents - pulling to much mobs on the same time, spawn of BL company in the middle of fight etc. And 20min before end - it happened. You uncle Sylvian pulled BL as usuall with one Karnot and Hamrut (they where in the middle of group so we hand't any choice) ... but unfortunetlly another Kranots and Hamruts joined them! That wasn't the worst thing - we still could handle it; but i get stun shot from BL, and when it ends another one from Kranot... that was to much for us... Greater Healing Potions running low, and my HP droped in my eyes. There was a small chance that my Fake Death skill can help - that was our last hope. So i screamed to Akki "RUN man!" and while ago with 240HP used skill - .... it failed, and blood thirsty monsters killed me and started run after Akki. They killed, him and out SE as well... sad but true.

We asked our clannies for help. So they told us that 'rescue mission is the way' :D I woldn't belive when 2min later they wan on place! OMG what a speed!

Lusy is back

You won't belive, but this greeny orc came back and he's playing Lineage 2 once again!
This is really great news. Lusana is quite special person in Legends - he is really funny guy from Belgium, so everybody like him very much (we generally like each others a lot, but this is something other :P). Also he was that person which involved me into Legends, so i'm really glad that he is playing wit us again :)

Christmas in Aden

Because of christmas, developers made an event for us. Small one but most of people enjoyed it anyway. So what's going on? Generally monsters drops christmas tree's parts from which you can create whole christmas tree to decorate any place you want. If you have 20 of them you can create big tree - which in addition help to regen HP/MP faster if you are sitting under it.
Oh! i forgot - monsters are dropping christmas echo crystals with carols which is really nice. you can hunt with party and every few minutes plays carols as well :)

Something is ending something is beggining

Due to inactivity most of alliance members our ally leader, Butter disolved it. Sad thing but i guess everybody knew that this gonna happend. We had only 2 active clans (xxRUNxx and we) - so not too much if we get whole 180+ppl in ally.

With end of alliance we have more events than ever - little bit strange, isn't it?
So what we where did last days you may ask.... ?

Seven Signs Festival
Because almost all of us had some low level alternative characters, we used to participated in Seven Signs Festival (we != Sylvian - this is lil bit complicated but you must belive me :P). So we did this once again. Nothing special you may said, but that was first time when i was on such festival. We died two times in row but it was really fun expierience ;)

Raid Bosses
With those alt's and with help of polish Excelsis clan - we hunt multiple low level raid bosses. We killed something like 6-7 bosses on one raid. They drop cheap items but it's really fun when one boss dope 6 pairs of Boots of Knowledge for exaple :)

Pumpkins Event
I forgot to tell you about pumpkins event(from which i get something like 27 Scrolls of Enchant Armour D grade and couple of other too).
I write only that those pumpkins where pretty damn funny - when you summoned one, she started yelling to feed her up. But that's not end, when you feeded her to fast she yelled that you spiling nectar which she desired so badly, and couple of other things about your familly :P

Visit in Tower of Insolence

As usual your poor dwarfie was late - so i missed party in Dragon Valley Caves, but looks like someon *high* likes me a little bit and after 40min Cert2b asked me to replace him in Tower of Insolence at 10th Floor. I didn't thought about this too much and agree (i was waiting for important call but didn't get it :( ).

In the past (Chronicle 2 for example) ToI was great place for bounty hunters as me to finding various materials. In couple of hours you could get more than you can carry, but nowadays it's little bit more complicated thing ;)
Because whole party was on place i had to joinn them as fast as i could. So i leaved Aden and went to ToI - it took me something like 5 minutes. You can say 'hyh that wasn't so bad' but wait a little... that was only beggining.... ToI it's real nightmare for person which have little bit more then 1m in height and two very short legs... Every floor have 2 sub-floors which are really huge, so imagine old grampa climbing at 10th floor of this damned tower - this is insane! But what dwarf can do for money?... grrr i mean adventure of course - yes adventure ;) After 10min of running almost on my knees i arrived... to 5th floor. Yup, that's right i was in the middle i couldn't even catch a breath (i need to stop smoking a pipe...). And thats the place whe i found lil problem. Namely a mobs. Hyh maybe a not so little - because those fucking mobs where like gigants! They had more then 20 meters in height damn it! Hyh Hallway Keepers are really big creatures. But don't worry i'm old Sylvian - i'm gonna figure out how can i solve this problem ;) So i found a solution!
You can ask 'whad did you done with so magificant creatures on your's way?' - so i generally started... screamming for help! Hyhy - that's the modern way :D Of course that was a psychological trick (if you didn't know, uncle Sylvian is pretty familiar with psyhology knowledge - aye). I knew that we have some sweet personalities in clan which will came with help - to aid old grampa :D
So after 5minutes whole team make a way trought this scarry mobs to me. And now together we went at 9th floor of ToI (yup not 10 as we thought, but 9; no more, no less - exactly 9th floor).

What is interesting, up to 7th floor i my spoil (*spoil - skill used by dwarven bounty hunters to find materials in monster) land at 99%. At 8th floor it's little bit less, and finaly at 9th floor - all mobs here are dark red for me, so spoil chance is decreassed (something like 30-45% chance on landing - which still is pretty good i think). So at this floor we have found couple of A grade materials, like dark crystal helmet design, tallum leather armour pattern, and dark crystal gloves desing (not to mention about doom armour and blue wolf gaiters parts).

This clan hunt was pretty nice - must visit Tower of Insolence more often.

Who am I?

So you can ask 'who is this little fellow on picture at the top?' I'm Sylvian, dwarven Bounty Hunter who traveling on land of Aden in seek of materials. To recieve them i must hunt on various monsters - sometimes quit easy to kill and sometimes almost invicible. But let's look little bit in past...

Beggining
At 1st of march 2004 i was born in Dwarven Village (in Elmore). Those territories are wild and dangerous, also nature is rought here. Whole dwarven lands are under a fat shell of snow and ice.

With age of 10 level i created (with help of SamanoskePL) my first fully dwarven clan (with only polish players) - it was called Guardians of Eternal Life. In GoEL i meet couple of interesting people like MartinezPL (which is my friend until this day).Unfortunetly all members left after 1st April (the end of open beta and start of prelude in retail version). So that day i stayed alone - on my own. That was one of most sad day in my history :[

Couple of days later, after few discussions with Malaria - clan leader of oldest polish clan, i decided to join them and found a new home in Avalanche Clan. With Avalanche i started to travel on whole Aden and understanding of this world. I was one of yungest members of clan, but i usually walked with rest of clan where i could. At age of 23lev. I was fighting with doomed Lord Iskha (general which died from anciend dragon Antharas, and rise from dead to obey his new master... dragon which kiled him before. For Antharas he gurad pass to his master's cave - Dragon Valley). At age 24lev I was in Dragon Valley Cave, as well as in Aden Cemetary. That was crazy days :) Also in Avalnache i meet couple of my friends, like: Nashem, Kaandra and Ethan (of course Malaria, Vissegard and Alveanerle too - this three where really powerfull warriors ^^). Little bit i meet later i meet Poziomka which is Nashem brother in blood (and we didn't liked each other at the beggining, but time curred old wounds... so we are good mates at this moment ;P).
Unfortunetly couple of months later Avalanche Clas was disbanded. Almost all of his members went to Dark Age of Camelot (and then to World of Warcraft).

ThePraetorians
After a few hot discussion we made with Ethan, we decided to create our own- full polish clan, which i will lead as clan leader. So this day ThePraetorians Clan was created!
Ath the begging that was verry little clan (Ethan and me, later Kaandra joined too), but soon we found couple of new friends: a little dwarf wisnia (dwarf) and his friend AbbisPL (orc). In this little squad we played and have fun for some time. Whenever we could we walk together; wisnia rerolled to Uzdrowiciel (prophet) and later to Duras; our clan was growing faster and faster. So proud orc Kurga joined us, and couple of other members too (couple polish ppl from Canada) , then missDoctor and Denzi and at the end Akki (crazy dark avenger which came to us from Himde server) and Elfinka etc. (there was couple more ppl which didn't stayed long in out clan from various reasons).
In some beatifull day we obtained 3th level of our clan - so at last we had our own clan crest. I didn't even imagine how proud i was this day. We went to Dragon Valley (4-5 people) and our white-red flag looked really great :)
With such a quite big clan things are getting faster and faster (at some point we had 24 active players). So we started looking after a nice alliance we can join. So Duras made great job and talked with Painter4 (clan leader of FlyingDutchmen and later our great friend as well). Painter and his clan was in EuroLegends Alliance which was leaded by CalimZero (leader of french xxRUNxx clan). So i speaked with both of them and EurloLegends alliance decided to invite us! WooHooo that was one of the greatest days in my history. I liked those alliance as no one - there was pretty much very nice and friendly people. So generally we tryed to be so active as we could. I meet there so many great ppl that is too many to count them here (cheers friends from xxRUNxx and FlyingDutchmen and all the others). Later, the Czech clan called Legends joined our alliance as well - that was another big step in Sylvian's history. With Legends i meet such a ppl like Nebojsa (he was clan leader of Legends) then Lusana - one of my best friends. With Lusana i more talked then played, that was really, really nice and funny guy.
After EuroLegends dissband (due to some ppl/clans inactivity in alliance life) i talked with Lusana a lot about joining our two clans together. Both clans was pretty damn active those days but we had problems as well. ThePraetorians lost many members (some was kicked because of botting, some other leaved due to alliances was with RedKnights clan and some just wan to try something new), and Legends was at the ege too - because Nebojsa leaved Lineage 2. Afther this leadership of Legends was taken by Tomonari (dwarven warsmith) and after this i decided dissband The Praetorians and with all members which left join them. So yes... ThePraetorians clan was dissbanded (polish players don't had strenght to unite under on flag). I was relly sad because of this, because i put all my heart into this clan. I still have so many beutifulll memories from the greatnest of polish Praetorians. But all of this is past... it vanished into the dust.

New day is rising
Yes, our little Sylvian joined Legends clan (which i belong until this day). After all past events i have found here new home. Legends is like one big familly (later i will try to show you profiles of every Legends member), we trying to hunt as clan, nobody orders you to 'level faster', 'do this' or 'don't do that'. They are great companions in war and fun as well (to bad that some of us leaved Legends, like our warcryer Lusana and silver ranger Elfinka).
Because we going to end i jsut write that we joined DarkReign Alliance (and after rought beggin in this ally we are getting fine). In DR we meet our old friends - xxRUNxx clan, so we still have much fun with them :)
